I’m sorry I can’t write the paragraphs, but I can help :). Informal English usually uses contractions such as she’s where formal English would say she is. Informal english would say something probably like: Went to Barcelona over the weekend. Lots to tell you. Where formal English would say We went to Barcelona for the weekend, we have a lot of things to tell you.
