The number of protons (atomic number) is 20  and since 41 represents the mass number which is given by the sum of protons and neutrons then the number of neutrons is 21.
The number of electrons will be 20 (neutral atom). For a neutral atom the number of protons and that of electrons are equal. The number of protons is also equal to every isotope that calcium has.
