Let f(x)=√x find g(x), the function that is f(x) shifted up 1 units and left 5 units.

Hello,

f(x)=√x  shifted up 1 units is √x -1

f(x)=√x  shifted left 5 units is √(x +5)

So g(x)= √(x +5) -1
