Since the formula for I is PRT, derive the formula for T.

We have,
I=PRT
Divide both sides by PR so we can get the formula for T.
I/PR=PRT/PR
Simplify, then we have,
I/PR=T

The formula for T is I/PR

Substitute the given  I=4140, P=23,000, R=0.06,
T= 4140/ (23000)(0.06)
T= 4140/ 1380
T= 3

3 is the value of T.

Checking:
Both sides should be equal.

4140 = (23000) (0.06) (3)
4140 = 4140

The answer is correct. :) Have a great day!
