To multiply powers with the same base, ADD the exponents.
19 is the base. 3 is the exponents.
Both powers have the same base, 19, so write the same base, 19 and add 3 + 3 for the exponent.

Also, there is no need to write "exponent".
Use the symbol ^ (shift-6) to mean exponent.

19^3 * 19^3 = 19^6
