Answer and Explanation :

The significant destruction of the Articles of Confederation was basically shortcoming. The government, under the Articles, was too feeble to even think about enforcing their laws and in this manner had no power. The Continental Congress had acquired cash to battle the Revolutionary War and couldn't reimburse their obligations.
