Well there are several ways to combine these sentences, here are two examples:

1) I bought a new Chevrolet, it has more room than a Honda.

2) I bought a new Chevrolet that has more room than a Honda.

Make it a compound sentence by adding the word 'and' between the two simple sentences.

I bought a new Chevrolet and it has more room than a Honda.
