[tex]\frac{1}{3}[/tex] in [tex]\frac{1}{6}[/tex] min is:

[tex]\dfrac{\dfrac{1}{3}}{\dfrac{1}{6}} = [/tex]

[tex]\dfrac{1}{\dfrac{1}{2}} = 2[/tex]

Since he fills 2 bottles a minute, then it takes him 30 sec to fill one bottle.

Hope this helps :)
