No, the standard form for a straight line is in the form:

ax + by + c = 0

Since the 10 is on the LHS, you'd need to move it to the RHS to fit the straight line form and then moving everything to the LHS.

0 = 5x - 6y - 10
5x - 6y - 10 = 0 is the standard form.
