If the Length of the rectangle is one less than Twice the Width, you'd first need to Figure out the Width of the Rectangle.
L = 2W - 1 (L = length, W = Width)
34 = 2l + 2w = 2(2w-1)+ 2w, 34 = 6W - 2 / w = 6
So then you'd need to take the Width, Double It, and then Subtract one.
6*2=12, 12-1 = 11.
so Perimeter = 34, Length = 11 & Width = 6.
