a)

[tex]R=\frac{120V}{6A}\Rightarrow R=20\Omega[/tex]

b)

[tex]Q=(6A)(15min\ast\frac{60s}{1min})\Rightarrow Q=5400W[/tex]

So, the charge is 5400 W in 15 minutes.
