Given the balanced equation :

• 2,NaOH + H2S04 → Na2S04 + ,2,H20

2 : 1 :1 :2

We can see that 2 moles of NaOH produces 2 moles of H20

The ratio is 2: 2 which is the same as 1: 1 , because for every mole of NaOH , an equal amount of moles for water will be produced.
