The n-term of the sequence is

[tex]a_n=\frac{20}{n+1}[/tex]

If we want the first term, we do n = 1, then

[tex]\begin{gathered} a_1=\frac{20}{1+1}=\frac{20}{2}=10 \\ \end{gathered}[/tex]

The second term will be n = 2

[tex]a_2=\frac{20}{2+1}=\frac{20}{3}[/tex]

The third term

[tex]a_3=\frac{20}{3+1}=\frac{20}{4}=5[/tex]

The fourth term

[tex]a_4=\frac{20}{4+1}=\frac{20}{5}=4[/tex]

And the 100th term

[tex]a_{100}=\frac{20}{100+1}=\frac{20}{101}[/tex]
