diameter is just twice the radius and circumference is 2[tex] \pi [/tex]r or [tex] \pi [/tex]d
C = 2[tex] \pi [/tex]r
C = 2[tex] \pi [/tex](9.4)
C = 18.8[tex] \pi [/tex]
C = 59.1
D = 18.8ft

C = 59 if you use 3.14 instead of pi
