Certain elements which will help to forster cooperation between Private and Public law enforcement agencies are:

  • There must be a strong legislature that promotes and encourages responsible leadership. A leader will feel more responsible when they have power.
  • Leaders on both sides must be trained to spot and develop talent;
  • Dictatorial leadership must be prevented and vehemently discouraged within the teams.
  • Flexible leaders with a coaching mindset have been found to do extremely well compared to other paradigms of leadership
