[tex]9^{(x+2)}= (1/27)^{(x+12)}\1/27 = 9^{-3/2}\9^{(x+2)}=9^{(-3/2)(x+12)}\x+2=(-3/2)(x+12)\x+2=(-3/2)x-18\(5/2)x=-20\x=-8[/tex]
