Let width = x
Length = 2x - 9
Perimeter = 2w + 2l
2(x) + 2(2x - 9) = 60 feet
2x + 4x - 18 = 60 feet
6x = 78 feet, x = 13
Therefore width = 13 feet
Length = 2(13) - 9 = 17 feet
