Greeks believed natural laws could be predicted using Philosophy. Ancient Greek relied on Philosophers to predict and discover natural laws. It was not perfect science but it relied on organized thinking rather than relying on religious beliefs. Socrates and Plato were the renowned Philosophers to have thought of some of the natural laws.
