for example you could rewatch your favorite shows or cook/bake something. You could facetime your friends and just talk. there are a lot of things you can do. You can pick up painting or a new instrument and learn. just try a bunch of things until you find one you really like. you can even have a self care day where you just do stuff that makes you feel calm and comfortable.
