Using the point slope equation, we first calculate the slope
m=(4-(-6))/(3-(-2) = 10/5 =2

Now we can choose either point to get the equation
y-(-6) = 2(x-(-2))
y+6 = 2x+4
Subtract 6 from both sides
Y=2x-2
