Yes. Cyber bullying involves a level of anonymity that can be very dangerous because the perpetrator is not acting as themself or taking on a certain persona. Cyber bullying can also be difficult to report, track, and mitigate. Emotional trauma is also much more difficult to physically see and can leave longer lasting trauma than physical pain.
