We can say that an specimen is an individual animal, plant that is used as an example to study a group or a spiece. A bubble is only a body of gas. The reason of a differenciation is that a bubble can not be studied to determine important things about a spiece. There wont be enough info. An specimen must be something more complex than a mere body made of many components
