when I have problems such as these, I like to put them in decimal form rather then trying to find common denominator.

9/11 = 0.818
3/4 = 0.75
-10/50 = - 0.20
-20/30 = - 0.66

so least to greatest is : - 20/30, -10/50, 3/4, 9/11
