f(x) = x^2 - 3
g(x) = 13 - x

(f/g)(x) = (x^2 - 3)/(13 - x)

(f/g)(x) = ((-7)^2 - 3)/(13 - (-7)) = (49 - 3)/(13 + 7) = 46/20 = 2.3
