now do 6 4/25 ÷15 2/5 +0.8 = 3

it is now 1.2/3 = (0.016÷0.12+0.7)/x

now do 0.016÷0.12+0.7 and that is 5/6

now you have 1.2÷3 = 5/6 ÷ x

solve for x and you should get x = 1/3!!
