No, I do not think that is possible as only the stomach has a lining to protect itself from dissolving from the stomach acid. Any other part of the body when exposed to stomach acid will dissolve. So I do not think vommiting pure stomach acid is possible, otherwise quite a lot of people would be dead by now.
