A cool way to find this out is just by taking out one pronoun and see if the sentence still makes sense.
Example: Sometimes the bus is late picking her up from school.
Now we do the same for the other pronoun.
Example: Sometimes the bus is late picking me up from school.
Both sentences make sense.
