I am using PEMDAS to solve this problem.

[tex] - 7 + 24 \div ( - 3)(2)[/tex]

[tex] - 7 + 24 \div ( - 6)[/tex]

[tex] - 7 + \frac{24}{ - 6} [/tex]

[tex] - 7 + ( - 4)[/tex]

[tex] - 7 - 4[/tex]

[tex] - 11[/tex]
