F(x) = -2.(x + 4)² - 5

F(x) = -2.(x² + 2.x.4 + 4²) - 5

F(x) = -2.(x² + 8x + 16) - 5

F(x) = -2.x² + (-2).8x + (-2).16 - 5

F(x) = -2x² - 16x - 32 - 5

F(x) = -2x² - 16x - 37
