the picture i have attached below is the point slope formula

(y₂ - y₁) =  m(x₂ - x₁)
Plug in the given to find the slope (m)
y₂ = 7                                y₁ = 10.5
x₂ = -9.5                            x₁ = 6.5

(7 - 10.5) = m(-9.5 - 6.5)
-3.5 = m(-16)
Divide by -16
[tex] \frac{-3.5}{-16} = m( \frac{-16}{-16} )[/tex]
-16 and -16 cancels out
0.21875 = m
0.22 = m
slope is b. 022
