Technology allows us to observe things that cannot be sensed or observed by the limits of our natural senses. For example, technology allowed us to observe the first cells, without the invention of the microscope, we would have not been able to discover cells. This is how many of our theories, laws and other scientific facts were discovered.

Not only that, when it comes to objective measurements or observations, technology can be more precise.
