NaOH + HCl —> NaCl + H2O
I think this equation is already balanced as is.
You know when the equation is balanced when the number of moles of each element is equivalent on both sides of the reaction.
So in this case:
There is 1 Na to 1 Na
1 O to 1 O
2 H to 2 H
1 Cl to 1 Cl
