the formula to find force is F=ma

F- Force (in newtons)

m- mass (in kg)

a- acceleration (in m/s)

in this case you need to find acceleration, so isolate a by making the formula a=f/m. plug in your numbers then you're done

a=30/70

a=0.429 (rounded)
