Photosynthesis is in plants and the formula is 6CO2 + 6H2O ----> C6H12O6+6O2

and cellular respiration is C6 H12 O6 + 602 ------> 6O2 + 6H2O so its switched, another difference is that photosynthesis is only for plants and some bacteria, while cellular is in all living organisms.
