HELP ASAP!! How can you tell if three positive numbers form a Pythagorean triple?

The formula for the Pythagorean therom is: a[tex] a^{2} + b^{2} = c^{2}  

So, If a^{2} and b^{2} add up to c^{2} than it is a Pythagorean triple.

Sample Response: Square all three numbers. If the largest number squared is equal to the sum of the squares of the other two, then the numbers form a Pythagorean triple.
