What you need to do is multiply 2/3 by 11/6. The reason that you would do 11/6 instead of 6/11 is because you are dividing. If you multiply, the answer would be 22/18, which is the same thing 1 3/18 and in simplest form or lowest terms, it would be 1 1/6.
