Her daughter's length would be 61 inches because 66 1/7 - 5 1/7 = 61 in.

 the woman is 66 1/7 inches yet 5 1/7 inches taller then her daughter- 1/7 from 66 1/7 you are left with 66          66-5=61
Therefore her daughter is 61 inches tall
