Cl₂ + 2 KBr = 2 KCl + Br₂ 
↓                        ↓
1 mole Cl₂ ------ 2 mole KCl
4.3 moles Cl₂----  ?

Moles KCl = 4.3 * 2 / 1

= 8.6 moles KCl
