First we will convert 2 3/5 to an improper fraction:

5/5 + 5/5 + 3/5 = 13/5

13/5 + 2/3

Get like denominators:

13/5 * 3 = 39/15

2/3 * 5 = 10/15 (make sure you multiply both numerator and denominator)

Proceed to do addition:

39/15 + 10/15 = 49/15
