NEED HELP ASAP! (Sorry for any typos i'm not that good at english v.v)

What is 3[tex] \frac{2}{5} [/tex] times 2[tex] \frac{1}{3} [/tex]

3 2/5 x 2 1/3 is 7 14/15. You have to turn each fraction to an inproper fraction. You do that by doing denominator x whole number + numerator. You then multiply the fractions and then you get 119/15. 15 can go into 119 7 times so the whole number is 7 there is 14 left over so 14 is your numerator and you leave the denominator the same. This leaves you with 7 14/15
