A.) Plan to take in extra water.
While protein is good for muscles as well. water in your body is lost during owrking out. therefore to remain healthy you must replenish the water in your body by taking in more than you usually do... unless you don't sweat in that case lucky you.... no awkward body odor! but if your a normal human your body does need more watet
