The radius is 1/2 of the diameter.

The diameter is double the radius.

If the radius is 14cm, then the diameter is 28 cm.

You don't need the solution to this problem, but you do need
the definitions of radius and diameter.  You should memorize them.
You'll be using them for many years to come.

C = 2*pi*r
r = 14cm

C = 2*pi*14cm
C = 28cm*pi

pi = 3.14
C = 28cm*3.14
C = 87.92cm
