[tex]p\lor q[/tex] is true if either of [tex]p[/tex] or [tex]q[/tex] is true. We know [tex]p[/tex] is true, which enough to say that [tex]p\lor q[/tex] is also true.

The answer is TF → T, because it says P is true and q is false. P is the first one (the T) and Q is the second one (the F). And since this is a true statement, it would say T after the arrow.
