Equation 2: x-y=1

solve equation 2 for x: x=1-y
substitute 1-y into equation 1: (1-y) +4y=1
solve for y: 1-y+4y=1
1+3y=1
3y=0
y=0
Substitute y=0 into equation 2: x-(0)=1
x=1
Solution: (1,0)
