What is the evidence that explains the earliest history of humans?

Evidence of burial grounds, stone tools, and other items suggests that humans first appeared during the Paleolithic Era. This evidence, based on location, shows both that humans might've first migrated from Africa outwards, and based on the tools found, were originally groups of nomadic hunter-foragers.
